Our crew is local, trained, and covered by commercial liability insurance. Work at height is a responsibility — at Alix, we carry it, not you.
You receive visual proof of the work delivered — full gutters before, clean gutters after. You know exactly what we did, and you keep the photo for your property records.
If we see a defect during the visit — a fastener that moves, a split joint, a detached downspout — we flag it in writing. Not to sell a repair, but to let you decide what's next, with another provider if you prefer.

Between one and three hours depending on gutter length and access. You don't need to be on-site — the before/after photo is emailed to you at the end of the visit.
It depends on the configuration and access. We work from a ladder only, with no roof access. Three storeys with easy access (adjacent flat roof, nearby deck or balcony) — often yes. Three storeys with a pure vertical facade and no footing — custom quote, and sometimes we recommend a specialized provider. The crew's safety comes before the booking.
Two ideal moments each year. Late May — after the maple flowers and spring pollen fall, which clog downspouts more than you'd think. Mid-October — after the leaves fall, before the freeze. A home surrounded by maples or birches benefits from both cycles. A home in an open neighbourhood with no large trees may need only one cycle a year.
We reschedule to the next available slot, at no charge. You're notified the day before at the latest. No work at height in rain or strong wind — that's the rule.
