* Driveway snow removal included in all 3 packages. In Hull, Aylmer and Chelsea: handled by our partner Techni-Snow, seasonal, based on accumulation events, with no fixed visit cap. In serviced areas of Gatineau: parking area or other area snow removal, 3 visits included on demand, by the Alix team. One visit per storm, once the snowfall has ended, timing not guaranteed. In Masson-Angers and Buckingham: this service isn't offered by our partner. The rest of your plan applies as usual. Elsewhere in the Outaouais (Cantley, Val-des-Monts, Wakefield…): this service isn't offered by our partner, and we confirm your address at quoting before any commitment. Walkway areas (balcony, steps, front walk, side and back paths) are a separate service, from $415/season. Your area is confirmed during the quote process.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel partway through the year?
Yes, anytime. Alix never locks you into a binding annual contract: your package is a monthly subscription that also bundles high-value one-time work, like window washing or seasonal deep cleaning, spread over twelve equal payments. If you cancel before year-end and the value of services already delivered is more than what you've paid so far, only the difference is billed. You never pay for a service you haven't received.
How do I pay?
Monthly billing by e-transfer or credit card. Some clients prefer to pay the full season upfront — both options are available.
Can I customize my package?
Yes. The packages are starting points — we can adapt them to your property and your specific needs. Just mention your particulars in your quote request.
Is snow removal included in the packages?
Yes, driveway snow removal, in all 3 packages. For properties in Aylmer, Hull and Chelsea: seasonal snow removal handled by our partner Techni-Snow, based on accumulation events, with no fixed visit cap.
