Can I cancel partway through the year?
Yes, anytime. Alix never locks you into a binding annual contract: your package is a monthly subscription that also bundles high-value one-time work, like window washing or seasonal deep cleaning, spread over twelve equal payments. If you cancel before year-end and the value of services already delivered is more than what you've paid so far, only the difference is billed. You never pay for a service you haven't received.
How do I pay?
Monthly billing by e-transfer or credit card. Some clients prefer to pay the full season upfront — both options are available.
Can I customize my package?
Yes. The packages are starting points — we can adapt them to your property and your specific needs. Just mention your particulars in your quote request.
Is snow removal included in the packages?
Yes, driveway snow removal, in all 3 packages. For properties in Aylmer, Hull and Chelsea: seasonal snow removal based on accumulation events, with no fixed visit cap. For Gatineau: 3 on-call removals included. Walkway areas (balcony, steps, front walk) are a separate service, from $415/season. Your area is confirmed during the quote process.
