From how many centimetres of snow do you come?

We consider a pass necessary from 5 cm of accumulation. For heavy snowfalls or icy snow, we may come more than once the same day.

How do you know when it snows at my place?

We watch the local weather forecasts (Environment Canada) for every area we serve. We don't wait for your call — we're proactive.

Can I add snow removal to my annual package?

Yes. Seasonal driveway snow removal is included in our three packages: Essential, Serenity and Signature. In Hull, Aylmer and Chelsea, it runs the full season based on accumulation events, with no fixed visit cap. In Gatineau, up to 3 visits are included. Walkway areas remain a separate service, from $415/season. Mention your area when you request your quote.

What if my driveway isn't cleared in the morning?

Call or write to us and we'll look into it right away. If we missed a pass, we come back at no charge and note it to improve our service.

Are spots limited?

Yes. We cap our list by area to guarantee quality service. We recommend booking before the end of October to be sure of a spot for the winter.
