The price depends on the number of surfaces to wash and their square footage. Two or three questions by chatbot or by phone are enough. The quote is free and your price is confirmed before any commitment.
Yes, when the pressure is too high or badly aimed. A misplaced jet scars concrete and blows the sand out of paving-stone joints. We look at the surface before the first pass and lower the pressure on fragile material.
High pressure never touches an asphalt shingle roof: the jet knocks the granules loose and shortens the roof's life. Painted wood and fragile cladding get low pressure only. We come and look at those before we commit to anything.

Between one and three hours, depending on the number of surfaces and their condition. You don't need to be home. The before and after photo is emailed to you at the end of the visit.
We reschedule to the next available slot, at no charge. You're notified the day before at the latest. Washing happens in dry weather or light drizzle, never in a storm.
